You as a reseller are the first line of support to your customers. Only when a reseller has exhausted their own resources in resolving a problem should they contact the support center in which the support may help only the reseller to solve the problem. As long as the problem is related to the domain and hosting at Axxess and to the Axxess Web Servers!
Axxess cannot help with issues on other server that has no affiliation to Axxess DSL. If resource records are pointing to other server and they do not resolve, axxess cannot give support or troube shoot as to why the domain is not resolving, as axxess does not have control over other server that our own!
