When canceling your hosting service with Axxess DSL there are 2 steps you can take;
(RECOMMENDED option)
1.) Log onto your axxess control panel at (http://www.axxess.co.za) and go to My Services and select the service you would like to cancel and set the service to cancel at the desired date.
2.) You can send an email to hosting@axxess.co.za from the email address on our axxess system, specifying your account number, and a short reason why you would like to cancel the service with us.
