Plesk You can create a normal email account call it catchall@domain.co.za and from the 'Mail Settings' select the option to send all mails to the mail address, and just set it up as you would set up a normal POP mail account. The second option is you can just click on 'Mail Settings' and speccify any other mail address that you want all mails to be forwarded to!
cPanel You can click on forwarder under the mail section of the your control panel, and from there you will have the option to forward a specific mail account to another or forward all mail coming to the domain to another mail account.
