In Plesk control panel you have a couple of directories, here are some main ones.
anon_ftp: This only used for anonamouse ftp access to the specific domain if you have a static IP address on your hosting cgi-bin: Used for all kinds of scripts. httpdocs: The root directory, here you can upload all your website contents for your site. httpsdocs: this is for your website secure files. subdomains: Will be used for all the subdomains that you create. web_users: This will be the directories for the webusers that you can create
