If you have signed up for a co.za domain and we have done the registration and added you on the server and have NOT paid co.za yet we can still change the domain name to something else, but if the domain has been paid for on co.za we will not be able to change the domain name. You will then have to register for a new domain name!

.com .biz .info .org etc

We wont be able to change the domain name once this domain has been registered, and no refunds can will be given if the domain has been processed incorrectly, or the domain is no longer required.

za.net za.org (free domains)

When the domain has been registered we will be able to change the domain for you, but the registration of these domain can sometimes take a while to register and be active, as they are processed in a queue depending on the number of domains in the queue.

org.za

These domain are free if you have a Section 21 certificate stating that you are a non-profit company. If you do not have a section 21 certificate a cost for the domain registration will be payable. We wont be able to change the domain name once it has been registered if you payed for the domain name, if is a free domain we will be able to register a new domain name.
